A Historical Place-Agra

A Historical Place-Agra

With a legendary flavor Agra is a place to roam about. We have gone to this place many times. The time was around February 2021. It was pleasant weather and cozy winter. The sun was not so cruel. We stayed at Ramada Palace. The trip was around 3 days. The ambience of the hotel was awesome. It was very near by to the Legendary Taj Mahal. In hotel we saw many attractions. Like puppet show, and water fountains.

Then next day we moved to view Taj Mahal, the burial place of Queen Mumtaz. It was as amazing as earlier. But this time, the crowd was not as thick as it was earlier. Because of covid. There we clicked few pictures as well. We were very glad to see the big monuments from our bare eyes. It was a white beautiful monument with astonishing architecture.

In Agra there are many other places to visit. Like Shahjahan garden, Red fort, Buland Darwaza.

We even went to Bharatpur Bird century, which is a place to visit. It is around 60 Kms away from Agra. There you can see many migratory birds. There you can see many species of birds. Like hawk, owl, eagle, and many more. Sparrows is a rare category; there you can view sparrows as well. There you can get cycle rikshaws and tonga for viewing the whole hectare land. This place is a paradise for bird watchers.

So, if you are planning to go Agra, then don’t forget to visit these few places. Till then take care and have a healthy life.

Lohagarh Farms-A Place to Cherish. A Place where you can have enjoyment with pleasure. It was the month of January, when cold was at its peak. We discovered a place near Gurugram,Lohagarh Farms. My friend told me about this place. We just went there. The welcome was like that of kings. We were offered drinks with tika on our forehead. We were welcomed with the beats of drums. This place came out with a surprise, with too many attractions. The set up was basically like a village. There were too many games, like tug of war, Haunted house, kite flying and many more. The food was unlimited with loads of varieties. Like in morning breakfast we ate chai with pakora, and jalebi. There was chach, lemonade for all visitors. That too unlimited. There were stalls of mehandi and head message. This was an amazing experience. We tried all the activities, and enjoyed a lot. There was potter’s wheel, where my kid spun the wheel. It was fun. We even tried swing. It was also fun. There was a big room where DJ was playing latest dance songs and people were dancing. We also dance on the beats. There were other attractions also, like camel ride, horse ride and even cow ride in cart. There was puppet show along with acrobats. There were around 70 activities in total. Now we come on the lunch part-there were so many vegetables with rice, pappad, pickle and even Chinese. The timings were from 9 in the morning till 6 in the evening. And guess what the price was so reasonable-Rs 1000/- for adult and for kids its was Rs.600/- above 5 years. This was a memorable experience that filled my heart with joy. I enjoyed a lot and hope to visit once again. You can even do online booking on Lohagarh Farms site. So, all you travelers come and visit this amazing place. My rating is 4 out of 5.
