Difficulties faced by you, while moving to a new city.
2141

Moving to a new city is always exciting, but comes with lots of new stress and mental tension as where we would live, is the locality OK, who are my neighbors, etc. So few points that are important for your curious anxiety are as follows:-

* The perfect home- Finding a new and perfect home is the foremost challenge. If you get an accommodation by your company, then there is no problem. But if you have to find one by yourself, then lot of things has to be considered. Is the landlord a cool person, the house is well furnished, all the amenities are near by like-the shopping complex, a doctor’s clinic. And if you had kids then the school also.

* Transportation- Finding a right kind of transportation is also a challenge. As in a new city, you are not familiar with the roads, so if you hire some auto taxi they can charge more money by diverting you through a long route. So the best option is to keep on your GPS tracker. This would not let you pay more. And more over you can book taxi from famous taxi portals.

* Food-This is also a major concern. If you are single, and don’t cook food, then it is very necessary to find out some places where you can get home made food. Because eating food daily restaurants type would hamper your health. So this is also a big concern, finding a right place to eat food. What you can do you can contact local help for this as some local food apps are there, that can help you out for this problem.

*Adjustment to local environment- This is also very daring thing, that how to adjust to local environment. The culture, the type of weather and nature of people out there is very important to adjust. You may feel nostalgic for few months, but if you give time to adjust yourself to that area then you will feel better.

So, readers these are some basic problems that are typically more and more grave in a new city. If you have any other problems related to this topic, please feel free to share it with us. We are waiting for your response. Happy reading!!

Benefits of Low calorie meal

Benefits Of Low-Calorie Meals

Low-Calorie Meals is the Key to a Healthy Living. There are so many Benefits of Low-Calorie Meals – Weight Control, Improve Immune System, Controls Blood Sugar Fluctuations etc

Calories is the energy generated after breaking down the consumed food. If the body consumes more food and stores surplus energy, it led to body fat and could result in obesity. Obesity causes several health-related issues. Therefore, calorie intake should always be balanced, neither too high nor too low.

People prefer low-calorie meals for personal reasons: to begin a healthier lifestyle, lose extra body fat, stay slim to stay with the trend, and so on. Whatever the cause, the objective is to become a healthier person.

What are the ideal calories for low-calorie meals?

As per experts, low-calorie meals should provide anywhere between 800 to 1500 calories a day. For the best outcome, follow low-calorie meals with regular exercise, fasting, and other healthy habits.

Low-Calorie Meals for the Different Parts of the Day

Low Calorie Breakfast

Start the day with fewer calories than burn during the best part of the day. Options for a low-calorie breakfast are fresh fruits, eggs, oats, cornflakes, whole-grain toast, sandwiches, yoghurt with muesli, etc.

low Calorie dinner

Nourishing & healthy low-calorie dinner and lunch according to Indian tastebuds are French beans with chana dal(Pulses), cauliflower with peas, lehsuni(Garlic) methi(Fenugreek) roti(chapati), Kaddu(Pumpkin), palak(Spanish), etc.

Dinner is the most relaxing meal of the day, and people over-eat most of the time. But for better health, always go for low calories and light meals. For better guidance on what to eat for breakfast, dinner, and lunch, consult a dietician. They will provide a diet chart with person-specific calorie requirements.

Health Benefits of Low-Calorie Meals

Weight Control

One of the significant advantages of low-calorie meals is to control the obesity problem. People consume fewer calories than they burn throughout the day with a low-calorie diet. Fewer calories led to considerable weight loss and help in achieving a slim body.

Required Calorie for A Healthy Person

According to Healthcare experts’ calories requirement for an adult person depends upon age, gender, height, physical fitness, meal preferences, and lifestyle.

The average recommended daily calories intake for Men is 2500 and 2000 for women.

In low-calorie meals, people consume less than average calories and, in the process, reduce extra fat accumulated.

Healthy Living

Low-Calorie Meals contains fibre, whole grains, vitamin & mineral-rich foods, and many more nutrients. People also eat high protein low-calorie foods such as white-fleshed fish, yoghurt, peas, lentils, etc.

These nutrients rich foods provide sufficient energy to do activities all day long, regardless of low-calorie intake.

Improve Immune System

Healthy food helps in proper body functioning. Nutrients regulate the immune system and make the body strong enough to fight external elements such as bacteria, viruses etc.

Minerals in low-calorie meals ensure sufficient sleep and required energy for regular activities.

Controls Blood Sugar Fluctuations

People generally avoid meals containing carbohydrates with a low-calorie diet plan because sugary foods eventually convert into calories. Thus, not eating sugary products control blood sugar level and keep diabetes in check.

Keys to healthy life and a fit body

Low-Calorie Meals are keys to a healthy lifestyle and a fit body. Take an expert opinion and use a diet chart that provides balanced calories for the body. Never go below 800 calories a day. Too low calories could be disastrous for health and could cause constipation, fatigue, diarrhoea, and nausea.

The Divine Tales
2268

We all are bonded with a string of God. When a person takes birth, his death is already decided. There has been a famous tale in accordance with death of King Parikshit. King Parikshit knows he was going to die within 7 days. He was in fear of death. He was afraid. So, he went to Kapila rishi-and told his concern.

Then, rishi Kapila narrated him a story. Once upon a time, there was a thief. He was very ill. He resided in a hut. So, he has arranged to do poop on one side and there was a piece of meat at other side. And there was foul smell coming out from that hut.

One king was abandoned and forgot his way. It was very dark in forest. He came across that hut, but due to that foul smell, he was in diaspora. But at end he decided to go inside that hut and ask for a shelter.

The thief said I would not allow you to stay, because anyone come here wants to stay here forever. The king was very astonished, that why anyone wants to live here, as this is such an awful place. The king promise he would leave the place early in the morning.

So, the thief allows king to stay. But as the night gets darker, the king starts loving the place. In the morning the king refuses to go away. Then thief and king had an argument also. Then king Parikshit ask Rishi Kapila who was that idiot king who wants to stay in that awful place?

Then rishi Kapila said the king was you Parikshit. King Parikshit got the gist. This body is full of awful smell and soul is pure and this earth is full of dirty products.

So, king Parikshit was out of his fear. And he understood the meaning of death.

Robots influence in daily life of Japan.

Robots influence in daily life of Japan.

Japan is known as land of rising sun and even robots. The robots have become a constant need of society. Whether its office or home. They have made a space in every sphere of life. These robots are amazing and have a different attire in this world.

A Great Example

At a sleek office building in Shinagawa, Tokyo, workers are strolling in and out for lunch. As they walk through the glass doors, they pass two security guards, each dutifully flanking the passage in stern silence. It all seems unremarkable, until you realise one of those security guards is a robot.

Standing up to five feet tall with wheels and a blue police cap, “his” name is Ugo. His battery lasts up to half a workday, and every two hours he’ll do a routine patrol around the building – even summoning lifts by pushing the call button himself. His digital “face” – which usually displays two big blue cartoony eyes – is replaced with the Japanese text for “on duty”.

Work from Home concept

Working from home has become much more prevalent across advanced economies during the Covid-19 pandemic. It finds that the overall contribution of working from home to labour input is surprisingly small. Even where firms adopted the practice, many employees did not exploit it; and even those who did work from home did not necessarily do so throughout the week. The firm survey responses suggest that across industries, the average productivity of employees when working from home relative to at the workplace is 68.3%, which is similar to the findings from an employee survey. The results suggest that there is room for improvement to make working from home more feasible.

Robotics Experience in Homes

Many robots are working in home as full-time maids in Japan. They are best friend of elderly people in Japan.

Paro the furry seal cries softly while an elderly woman pets it. Pepper, a humanoid, waves while leading a group of senior citizens in exercises. The upright Tree guides a disabled man taking shaky steps, saying in a gentle feminine voice, “right, left, well done!”

Robots have the run of Tokyo’s Shin-tomi nursing home, which uses 20 different models to care for its residents. The Japanese government hopes it will be a model for harnessing the country’s robotics expertise to help cope with a swelling elderly population and dwindling workforce.

So, coming to an end these robots are true friend of mankind. A friend in need is friend indeed.

Monkeys as waiters in Japan.
2165

The world is full of amazing facts. Whether it would be food, or any other field. There is an amazing and versatile restaurant in Japan where monkeys are kept as waiters. It is cool to see two monkeys Yat-chan and Fuku -Chan serving the customers with a big smile. These two monkeys are well trained and spectacular in their work.

It is delightful to see these working together. The Kayabukiya tavern which is a delightful “sake house” situated in northern part of Tokyo. These two monkeys are strictly professional -first they greet the customers and then take the orders.

Many customers come here just to see and enjoy their appearance. The applause is always there for them.  The customers are happy to give them orders as they are very happy and cool in their behavior. Many food lovers say they are pleased to place an order with them rather than placing it with a rude human waiter.

So, guys if you had a plan to visit Japan, don’t miss out this place. These two cute little creatures are waiting for you…

Are you also a victim of Body shamming? How to deal with it?
2221

Are you also a victim of Body shamming? How to deal with it?

“We are our own worst critic” is often a phrase we use to describe when we, as individuals, are too hard on ourselves. For most people, it is a natural tendency to always be better, faster, and stronger however this craze for becoming better can result in severe mental health consequences, especially when it comes time to our physical appearances. The media has commonly portrayed overweight characters as the running joke of the show, resulting in “fat jokes” and a severe manifestation of self-doubt known as body shaming.

Body shaming manifests in many ways:
·         Criticizing your own appearance, through a judgment or comparison to another person.
·         Criticizing another’s appearance in front of them
·         Criticizing another’s appearance without their knowledge.
You can never please the society

The same society that disgraces women for being big and hefty will turn around and shame women for being skinny and small. So never be so concern ed about the society. Like in hindi-“log kya kahenge”. Let it be.

Confidence is the main mantra

Don’t let the attitudes and opinions of others hurt your self-esteem. Many people make senseless remarks from a place of ignorance. They are not aware that their words are harmful so do not let them affect you and get you down.

Unlearning the norms of society will teach us that there are no norms to begin with. Body-shaming happens to all types of women every single day. There is only one perfect body type and that’s the one that God blessed you with. All women are uniquely beautiful and wonderfully made.

Body shamming leads to mental health disorders.

If body shaming is too frequent or has more impact due to any reasons, it may also lead to anxiety, depression, and social isolation. People with anxiety tend to overthink everything, and when it comes to remarks about their bodies, it is no different.

Leads to eating disorders

Body shaming has been reported to lead to eating disorders like anorexia where a person starves themselves obsessively to lose weight if they are too fat, according to the conventional standard, or bulimia, the opposite, where a person eats obsessively to gain weight if they are too skinny. Anorexia can lead to dehydration, constipation, undernourishment, bloating, and even irregular menstrual cycles. Bulimia is also reported to lead to similar effects.

Be confident and say “Duniya ki aisi ki taisi.”

·         Always remain happy and say I am the best.
·         Never loose hope in difficult times.
·         Look in the mirror and repeat “you are unique, and no one is like you.”
·         And the best policy is to ignore the remarks and move forward.
Just try these mantras and see the magic.

Dussehra -it’s significance in today’s modern world.
2179

As it is celebrated all over India, a very popular festival in North India. It is a festival-victory of good over evil. The importance and significance of the festival of Dussehra is the rise of “good over evil”. There are many legends behind the celebration of Dussehra, all depicting that ultimately, it’s the “good” that wins. Among Hindus, Lord Rama is considered to have a culmination of all the best qualities that a human can possess, required to make this world a happy place. Both the festivals of Diwali and Dussehra are celebrated in honor of Lord Rama and his morals. Dussehra is the tenth day of Maa durga Navmi. , in the month of Ashwin-Kartik, while Diwali is celebrated 20 days ahead of Dussehra. Lord Rama emerged victorious in a ferocious battle against Ravana who had abducted Sita. Despite all powers that Ravana possessed, it was ultimately the good intentions of Lord Rama that saw the face of Victory. This is generally depicted on the day of Dussehra by burning the effigies of Ravana by Lord Rama’s bow that kills him. People every year on this day get the moral of leading a righteous life. Significance in one’s Life As Dussehra marks the beginning of a new life-it depicts the end of evil from inside. You should be clean and pious from inside. Just taking bath daily cleans your body and killing all your woes from inside makes you a strong person. So, purifying and cleaning is very necessary in this modern world. Hatred, greed, and these vices should be taken out from one’s mind and soul as the person becomes a great soul. Modern world Ideology As the economy is growing, so as the man’s greed. So Dussehra as a festival urge the mankind to curb all it’s vices. Modernism doesn’t mean just to satisfy yourself. It means to serve the human. All the good vibes should be inculcated at this festive time. When we give fire to Ravan it means all the bad vibes like hatred, jealousy and bad intensions for others should be burnt in that fire. Conclusion So, with this ideology if you celebrate this festival, it will be a cherry on top. Good vibes in and bad vibes out. Do you think it’s possible? Just try.. Parul Anand
